# Terms of Use

To ensure that users have confidence in the investment process in the Tonflix project, we provide them with Noton tokens in exchange for the TON amount they invest in our plans.

In the initial phase of the project, the release rate of Noton tokens will be higher and will gradually decrease over time. Naturally, those who invest earlier will receive more tokens. The amount of Noton tokens given in exchange for TON will decrease monthly based on the listing date on the exchange.

Once the Noton token is listed, all user investments will be converted into Noton tokens. All TON tokens invested by users in the system will be used to fund the liquidity of the Noton token, as well as to cover infrastructure and marketing expenses. This allocation will vary based on the percentage of participation in the project.

All profits generated from this project will be reinvested to support the TON network and develop projects based on this network. We hope to witness continuous growth of the network and the development of new projects every day.

**User Conduct**: Follow applicable laws, refrain from illegal activities, and respect others' rights. Do not disrupt the platform or engage in harmful behavior.

**Intellectual Property**: Respect Tonflix's content and do not use it without permission.

**Third-Party Links**: Tonflix is not responsible for third-party websites or resources.

**Limitation of Liability**: Tonflix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

**Indemnification**: You agree to protect Tonflix from claims arising from your use of the platform.

**Governing Law and Dispute Resolution**: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

**Entire Agreement**: These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Tonflix.
